the hotel is close to otsuka station. i found a minimarket nearby, very convenient (i could get snacks easily). staff helped ship my luggage to my next hotel, and i received complimentary beers upon arrival.
the elevators were slow at peak times, which sometimes caused delays. it took longer than expected to get to the lobby during busy hours.

the room includes blackout blinds, great for blocking early morning light. storage space exists under the bed, which easily held my checked and carry-on bags. lighting in the room was also sufficient.

the location near the train station was a BLESSING. convenience stores were also close by. the onsen at the top was very nice and a way to relax. the front desk staffs were always very helpful and spoke english.
the toilet seats, oh, they were unheated. a cold seat first thing in the morning really wakes one up. the bed felt hard like solid rock. i encountered loud noise and powerful perfume sometimes. that was a bit unsettling.

the location is super convenient , just a short walk to the jr line station. a lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel was very handy for late-night snacks. the staff were very helpful , answering all my questions with a smile.

The location was VERY convenient to the train station. The staff was always ready to help. I could leave my luggage before check-in.
The room was SMALL. The air conditioning system was centralised with heat and could not operate either cold or hot.

I found the location convenient. It's very close to JR Otsuka Station. The hotel provided patches at the reception. I needed them to cover my tattoos for the onsen. My room had a cozy feeling, and the bed ensured I slept well each night. The proximity to the station, with its Starbucks, bakery, and shops, added to the convenience.
The room was quite small. Storage space was limited, and managing luggage became a bit challenging.
